Conditions of Sale.

The vehicle is sold with no warranty whatsoever as the condition, road worthiness or recorded mileage (weather stated herein or otherwise).

The vehicle is sold in a damaged or incomplete condition being the subject of an insurance company total loss and it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is repaired and in a roadworthy condition before being sold or used on the public road.

The purchaser has been given every oppotunity to inspect the vehicle to their satisfaction. All deposits are non-refundable and all vehicles must be collected within 3 working days as there will be a storage charge of ten pounds per day threre after.
